Job Description Job Type: Permanent **Hours : 42 Hours Location: Belfast We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within our Oil and Gas facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas production, with excellent leadership skills and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the safe and efficient production of oil and gas. Monitor production levels, operational equipment, and systems, ensuring that all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations. Lead and manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure effective teamwork between Inspection and Laboratory teams, where relevant, to ensure an effective Quality and Quantity service is provided to the customer. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain operational excellence and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Experience in the service sector related to the petrochemical industry. Relevant professional qualification/membership of industry body e.g. IFIA, Deck Officer. Experience of directly communicating with clients and successfully resolving clients issues/complaints. Previous experience of operating in a co-ordination or supervisory role within a successful team. Driving license that is elligible to use in the UK.
