Customer Service Manager

Required background: Housebuilding

We are working with an award-winning 5* housebuilder who are renowned for their product differential and market share within England. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to manage new and existing customers across various projects. You will be heavily involved in all aspects of the customer journey from inspection through to defects and will ideally bring a background in housing.
