This job is to work with the local council and their social housing stock in Caerphilly. Retro fitting properties making houses, warmer and more environmentally friendly.
As the Site Manager you will manage a team of Subcontractors, overseeing work on KPIs completing projects to program whilst maintaining quality and health and Safety on site.
For this role the successful candidate will come from a Construction background, the company are happy to speak to candidates with an SMSTS or SSSTS qualification looking to make a step into Site Management.
The company have an excellent track record of up skilling employees to there will be good opportunities to complete various courses in Retro fitting.
The role is a job with prospects and will come with a car allowance.
