Position: Technical Service Analyst Location: London Bridge
Work Pattern: 5 days on site
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £180-£200 Per Day Inside IR35
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Service Analyst to join their dynamic team and support the Service Operations of the client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Technical Service Delivery Manager and the team in delivering the IT Service Delivery strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution.
Escalates unresolved incidents.
Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents.
Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures
Investigates minor security breaches in accordance with established procedures.
Assists users in defining their access rights and privileges.
Performs non-standard security administration tasks and resolves security administration issues.
Participate in the on-call team
Requirements
Technical experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft OS and applications
MDM Experience in deploying and supporting iOS
Strong Experience in vendor/third party supplier management
Experience in deploying and supporting LAN technologies and WiFi technologies
Strong experience in Hardware deployment - Laptops, PC etc
Strong Hands on Level 2 Support Experience
ITIL Certificate (Desirable)
