Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a passion for driving business success? We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation, seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us continue our expansion journey. As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our business. We're ideally looking for someone with a background in ecommerce, manufacturing, or retail, and hands-on experience with B2C sales channels, particularly via platforms like Amazon. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage financial planning and analysis, ensuring that key business decisions are supported by accurate and timely financial insights. Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Drive efficiency improvements within financial operations, including cost control and cash flow management. Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial performance and growth strategies. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage VAT returns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business development, especially in ecommerce and B2C sales channels (Amazon, etc.). Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance leadership role. Background in ecommerce, manufacturing, or retail, with a strong understanding of B2C sales, including on platforms like Amazon. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. What We Offer: A competitive salary package and benefits.
