My client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy providing strategic advice and solutions to public and private sector clients in planning, development, and policy, is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic team. Role Overview:

As an Associate Director, you will be a key leader in our consultancy team, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, driving business growth, and mentoring a talented team of professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic solutions that align with client objectives while enhancing the firm's reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic insight and consultancy to clients in areas such as planning, development, infrastructure, and policy.
  • Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrable years of experience in consultancy, planning, development, or a related field.
  • Strong client management and business development skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of planning regulations, development processes, and related legislation.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree in planning, real estate, urban design, or a related discipline) are preferred.
  • Chartered membership of the RTPI is highly desirable.
