My leading retail client is looking for a D365 CRM Marketing Consultant with a focus in Customer Insights and Sales. You will be helping the business the design and optimise the CRM D365 platform across the business within the Marketing/Customer Insights and Sales areas. You will work closely with the business to develop customer journeys and interaction. You must have a proven background in working on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to help design the system to ensure that it creates value and engagement for and builds all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
