Interim hr business partner

This HR Business Partner position will be a true strategic HR Business Partner role in a very hands on HR environment. Within this HR Business Partner position you must be flexible, adaptable and willing to deal with the day-to-day HR activities and responsibilities. As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Recruitment and L& D teams, as well as manage ER issues such as disciplinaries and grievances as well as complex ER situations should they arise. My client, is an established not for profit organisation looking for a solid HR Business Partner to join the business and assist the HR Director in promoting the HR agenda. As this HR Business Partner, you will be expected to hold the HR gravitas required to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in the business. Within this HR Business Partner position, you must also hold clear and solid experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner, ideally with strong exposure to managing ER situations. Role: HR Business Partner - 22.5 hours per week Contract - 6 months - ASAP start Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 pro rata'd North London – hybrid working, with 2 days in the office.
