Engineering Manager

Overview We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Engineering Manager with expertise in Fire and Security engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers, managing projects, and driving technical excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Managing a team of engineers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Overseeing the delivery of security engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Providing technical expertise and support to the engineering team, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support projects and service delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Implementing and maintaining best practices for safety, quality, and operational excellence in the engineering department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in security engineering, with a strong understanding of security products and systems. Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of engineers. Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to fire and security engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day Leading and motivating a team of engineers to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and customers to support project delivery and service excellence. Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
