Associate - Energy Transition Finance

THE FIRMOur client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Associate to join the Energy Transition Finance team. In this role, you'll engage with clients across the renewable energy and decarbonization sectors, providing critical project finance solutions and strategic insights. You'll be instrumental in structuring, financing and advising on projects that drive the shift to a low-carbon economy.THE ROLEThis role demands expertise in detailed credit analysis, along with conducting comprehensive technical and legal due diligence. You will play a crucial role in presenting proposed transactions to management and the credit committee, and assist in the ongoing management of booked assets. Your responsibilities will also include supporting client acquisition efforts by developing marketing materials and coordinating with internal product teams. As you grow within the role, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities, including leading deal processes and managing complex transactions.THE CANDIDATEA minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project finance - specifically in energySkilled in analysis and credit assessment for project finance transactionsSome experience in project finance DCF modeling ideal but not required Works well in team settings and values collective successHighly motivated, able to work under pressure, results-driven and keen to take on responsibilityIf you satisfy the above criteria please send your CV to [email protected]
