HR Helpdesk Advisor / HR Administrator / HR Admin / Warwickshire / PermanentI am currently working with a leading Warwickshire based business to recruit a HR Helpdesk Advisor. You will be joining a small team of 5 Helpdesk advisors and will be responsible for the following:Providing support and advice to colleagues via phone and email on company policies and a range of inquiries, utilizing the Halo ticketing systemCollaborating with the Employee Relations team on low-level cases, including AWOL, probation, and misconduct situationsManaging administrative tasks such as sending out contracts and maintaining records using the HR Workday systemWith a hybrid working structure.
