HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate start Rapier Employment Ltd is currently hiring skilled HGV Class 1 Drivers for DHL in Wellingborough. Work: Trunking and store delivery Schedule: Monday – Friday (Guaranteed 5 days of work) £50 WEEKEND BONUS per day Overtime: Paid at weekends (Saturday: £18.52/hour, Sunday: £19.52/hour) AM Shift: £17.18/hour (04:00 – 07:00 start window) PM Shift: £18.22/hour (14:00 start time) Night Shift: £18.22/hour (18:00 – 19:00 start window) The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV Class 1 license, relevant experience in driving heavy goods vehicles, and a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles for trunking routes Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure secure and timely delivery of cargo Follow all traffic laws and company policies as well as company policies and procedures Maintain accurate logs and paperwork Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Class 1 Driver Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license No more than six penalty points on licence and no major endorsement codes In-date CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Digital Tachograph Card A good understanding of Drivers hours, Regulations, and Working time directiveIf you are interested in joining our team as a Class 1 Driver, please submit your resume by clicking 'APPLY NOW!'.
