The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of handling complex and high-value disputes related to wills, estates, and probate matters. A deep understanding of the intricate legal landscape and a strategic approach to litigation are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and executors on a range of contentious probate matters.
• Leading and managing complex litigation cases from inception to conclusion, including pre-action strategy, court proceedings, and appeals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying business development opportunities.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• A strong academic background with a law degree (or equivalent) and relevant professional qualifications.
• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in contentious wills and estates litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters and achieve successful outcomes.
• Exceptional legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skills.
