We are looking for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join a vibrant, cohesive RIBA chartered practice with over 30 years experience based in Peeblesshire.

Here you will be mentored by the Director of the practice, an RIBA chartered Architect, who will give you one to one guidance on each and every step of not only the projects you will be working on, but also your progression as an Architectural Assistant as a whole.

This practice has three offices in the UK on outskirts of Warrington and 2 others in Scotland, with 10 members of staff across these locations. You will be working on numerous projects varying from private residential, education, heritage, commercial and residential developments.

The Position: Part 1 Architectural Assistant Peeblesshire

• Use AutoCAD & Sketchup on a daily basis
• Working on bespoke residential projects, housing developments and commercial projects
• Liaising with clients and numerous stakeholders
• Producing specification packages, construction detailing, and building regulation submissions
• Working on all types of projects from RIBA Stages 0 7

The salary for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant position is between £22K & £24K dependent on experience.
