Job Role: Talent Manager - YouTube / Gaming Creators Location: Hybrid / London Area, UK Start: ASAP A well-renowned entertainment agency is currently looking for a Talent Manager to work with a huge roster of gaming creators. The ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of YouTube & Twitch creators. You'll be able to identify and outreach new talent to add to the agency's roster whilst also focusing on brand partnerships and negotiation of contracts with new clients. Identify and outreach talent onboard Responsible for the day-to-day management of gaming focused YouTubers & Twitch creators Managing the creation & implementation of effective pitches to nurture successful partnerships and collaborations with new talents, clients & businesses Work with relevant internal stakeholders to build and develop talent related to gaming/YouTube entertainment industries Secure brand partnerships for talent - via proactive outreach & negotiation 2 years’ experience within talent ~ A confident negotiator, with impressive brand partnerships experience ~ Self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously We encourage applications regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability or gender.
