Project Manager

A South West based client who are starting a luxury boutique hotel project in Kensington, London are looking for a local freelance project manager to run the project. The hotel is a 44 bedroom hotel in Kensington and will be looking at around a 12 month programme. The individual they are looking to employ will have worked on similar type projects and ideally be based within commuting distance to the project. SMSTS, CSCS + First aid will be required. The project manager will have worked within pre construction and worked with commercial teams previously. They are potential follow on projects
