FT Recruitment are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our clients automotive team.

Job Duties-

• The sales manager is responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales goals. This includes providing guidance, support, and feedback to each team member.
• The sales manager sets clear goals for the sales department and estimates future vehicle sales.
• Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure they are up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Identify customer needs
