About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic UK Head of Finance to lead our financial operations in the United Kingdom. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in financial management, team leadership, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all financial activities within the UK, including leading the local accounting department and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Key Responsibilities * Report, forecast and manage cash requirements of local business * Debtors/Creditors management * Improvement of reconciliation processes and schedules * Revenue recognition/deferred revenue reconciliation * Journal entries and closings * Audit preparation * Intercompany accounting * Transfer pricing * Timely reporting to corporate office in New York City Qualification * Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. * Professional accounting qualifications ACA (or equivalent) with at least 5 years post qualification experience. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. * Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. * Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position and post qualification experience. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer * Flexible work location hybrid - remote/office * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. * A leadership role with significant impact on the company’s success * Professional development and career advancement opportunities
