Project Manager (Luxury Residential Properties)

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong architectural background to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring that every aspect of the build meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage luxury residential property projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of all project phases.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.

- Facilitate communication between clients and project teams, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:


- Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the luxury residential sector.

- Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
