The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Test Manager to lead our testing efforts across various projects. The technical Test Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies and ensuring the quality of the software deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of testers across multiple projects, ensuring that testing activities are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines. * Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and manual testing, to ensure high-quality software delivery. * Oversee the execution of test plans and manage the defect lifecycle, from identification to resolution. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the testing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. * Troubleshoot complex issues and work with technical teams to drive resolution. * Manage test environments, data, and infrastructure to support testing activities. * Coordinate and lead testing activities related to LAN, migration testing, and cloud and infrastructure environments. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and present testing reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of test tools and Frameworks: Proficiency in using various test tools and frameworks for automation, performance and manual testing Cloud and Infrastructure knowledge Strong Experience Functional and Non-Functional / Migration testing Strong stakeholder skills and Test Planning and strategy development Strong problem-solving skills. ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in collaboration with technical teams. Technical Test Manager with at least 15 years of experience working on large complex transformation programmes.
