What’s on offer? * Unlimited annual * Hybrid working * Annual bonus * Discount on products * Opportunities for personal growth within an expanding brand What will you do as an Operations and Supply Chain Lead? * Oversee and manage goods in/out operations ensuring efficiency * Preparation of accurate stock forecasts and production plans * Point of contact for contract manufactures and suppliers * Monitoring 3PL warehouse to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent stockouts * Liaise with logistics partners for stock replenishment negotiating best costs * Work with wider ops team to ensure OTIF fulfilment of DTC and B2B orders What do you need as an Operations & Supply Chain Lead? * E2E supply chain exp within an FMCG brand is essential ideally drinks * Previously worked with external manufactures and 3PL partners * Managed relationships with UK grocer accounts would be desirable * Ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders * Proficient in Excel, ERP (systems Job ID: 8720
