Location: Glasgow (working for a housing association) Rate: £15-19 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm Duration: Ongoing (with potential for permanent role) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joiner to carry out reactive and planned maintenance for a housing association in Glasgow. The role involves working on void properties, completing both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and be able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out joinery tasks as part of reactive maintenance. * Work on planned maintenance projects. * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in line with health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Must have own van and tools. (Van will be provided once perm) * Previous experience in property maintenance, specifically working on voids, reactive, and planned maintenance. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
