Direct Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our global client. This role involves building and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored formwork and shoring solutions to our target markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in industrial or construction sectors and experience in a similar role, dealing with construction products, they will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
A pro-active approach to requests that come through via the website, email and phone.
Ensuring that the website is current and demonstrates our stock and pricing accurately.
Lead and manage direct sales activities for access, forming & shoring solutions in the industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, engineers and Regional Material Managers (RMM) and project stakeholders.
Oversee the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and packages and stay ahead of industry developments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Provide sales forecasts, reports, and strategic planning inputs to senior management.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Will maintain contact via Web/email/phone with clients and platform visitors.
Requirements:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business growth initiatives.
Excellent computer and digital media skills
