They will ensure the food quality and freshness is maintained, and will ensure consistency by following the signed off specification recipes. Key Responsibilities: To oversee and organise each section's stock and ingredients in both preparation and stock holding. To ensure a first-in-first-out rotation system and check all food is correctly dated and labelled. To record waste, stock holding and raise any food cost concerns. To control the area's food storage area. To maintain the kitchen organisation, staff ability and training opportunities. Qualifications Food Safety Level 2 Formal culinary training Previous production and event experience Good foundation of Health and Safety and Food Safety Strong organisational skills Highly developed attention to detail Self motivated Additional Information Searcys, Britains oldest catering and restaurant brand, was established in 1847.
