Illuminate Digital is a fast-growing digital media agency based in London working across a diverse portfolio of retailers and SME’s. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our PPC team. In 2022 Illuminate were awarded Google Premier Partner status. As a member of the PPC team you'll be really hands on when it comes to clients and often required to work from their offices to ensure you gain a thorough understanding of their business goals and objectives. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will be expected to help set up campaigns and undertake ongoing optimisation against clear ROI targets for each client. As a small agency you will also have the opportunity to become involved in all areas of Digital Marketing and expand your skills as you grow within the role and the business. The Role As a PPC Account Executive, you will report straight into the PPC Account Manager and work across our full client portfolio across a range of sectors including retail and charity. You will also be responsible for the Account Management of some of our smaller clients making this a great opportunity to learn Account Management skills and become client facing over time. Core Duties: Building and optimising the highest quality Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for clients based on business objectives. This will include search query reporting, creation of ad copy and admin level tasks Creating presentations for Account Managers Building and managing paid search campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Pinterest & Tik Tok · Support the Account Managers with managing the full digital strategy Extensive client reporting using Google Data Studio Account Management for smaller clients Key Skills & Experience There is quite a lot of "number crunching" involved so the candidate needs to be comfortable using Excel (pivot tables & formulas) 12 months experience working in a paid search role at an agency or client-side. Google Certification is preferred Working knowledge and experience of Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics is essential Strong time-management skills and be able to prioritise workload Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills Strong planning and organisational skills An effective communication manner and a fluid and enthusiastic presentation style Excellent analytical skills for pulling insights out of datasets Some of the benefits you will receive Hybrid working model (2 days office, 3 days at home) Discretionary company bonus scheme Home working setup (laptop, monitor, desk, chair, screen) Close-knit and friendly team 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Working from home over Christmas The candidate will report to the PC Account Manager receiving guidance and support when needed, however it is expected from the candidate to be able to work autonomously and independently on any given task.
