Used Vehicle Sales Administrator Middlewich Salary: £24,000 per year + excellent benefits Monday to Friday // 8:30am to 5:30pm Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with administrative experience? We're currently recruiting for a Used Vehicle Sales Administrator on behalf of a well-established company in Middlewich. This full-time role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm) offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support within their Used Vehicle Sales Department. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Used Vehicle Sales team, including month-end reporting and managing costs related to the sales process. Update and maintain the Dragon vehicle stock system. Manage all vehicle documentation, issue order numbers, and accurately assign costs. Handle incoming calls, process mail, and redirect queries where necessary. Provide hospitality for visitors, including preparing drinks and booking meeting rooms. Support the team with general administrative duties such as ordering stationery and assisting with daily tasks. What we are looking for: Previous administrative experience is essential, with any experience within the commercial vehicle sector being a plus. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
