Class 1 Driver

Description - The Recruiting Co, acting as an employment business, are now looking to recruit Class 1 Drivers for our client based in Wolverhampton. Our client is a family run business with over 50 years experience, and are now recognised as the UK’s leading national haulage company. Working hours; Monday to Friday with start times typically being between (Apply online only) each day, early PM shifts also available at times. (part time drivers also welcome) Pay; £18.00 per hour on days, £19.00 per hour on nights, £20.00 per hour Saturdays and £21.00 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays. Location; Wolverhampton IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE - ON GOING UNTIL FEB 2025 Duties include; - Curtain sider deliveries (1-3 drops per day) - Drivers will be expected to open the curtain to be unloaded (no handball) - Trailor swaps can also be included so previous experience required - Completing all relevant paper work after each delivery - Working in a professional manner in line with company guidelines To be considered for this role you must have the following; - HGV C+E Licence for a minimum of 2 years - Full CPC - Digital Tacho Card - Hi-Viz and Boots To apply for this role, please click on the link below
