Private Sector Housing Officer

A Kent-based Local Authority are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer! For this role, you'll be required to have experience in: 🏡Private Sector Housing Enforcement and in supporting condition complaints. 🏡 Completing HMO inspections under The Housing Act 2004 and HHSRS guidelines. 🏡 Preparing evidence for court tribunals and hearings. This is a 3 month role, with a mixture of both home working, and working in the picturesque area to complete inspections. 🗓️ Interview Date: Thursday the 24th of October.
