Recruitment Team Leader

Recruitment team leader required for our Urban brand, this role will involve managing a team of recruiters as well as some business development and recruiting activity in support of the teams targets. Urban specialise in placing candidates within the Interior and Exterior Architecture sector across the UK, Europe and the US.

You will have man management skills as well as recruiting know how which can be within in any industry, as technical knowledge can be learnt. This is an ideal role for someone on their way up looking for a career in management and a role they will grow in.
