Class 2 driver

We at Staffco Direct are actively recruiting for HGV2/LGV2/C/Class 2- AM & PM PAYE drivers based in St Neots. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can take on the company s ethos and assist us in the support of our client s day to day operation.

The Job:

• UK wide deliveries, long distance driving can involve working on your own for long periods.
• Some work, 2 man deliveries involving shared driving and potential nights out.
• Delivering confectionary, on pallets, cages and in boxes. Sometimes into premises.
• This is an on-going opportunity.
• Start times available both AM & PM to suit.
• Shift lengths 10-13 hours
• Immediate starts available.
• Sunday to Friday shift pattern.

What we offer:

• Monday Friday - £17.10ph + HOLIDAY
• Overtime paid after 40 hours - £25.29ph
• Sunday paid as overtime rate
• Paid Breaks
• 8 hours guaranteed
• 3 hour paid induction

What we are looking for:

• HGV2/ LGV2 UK issued License is required (Minimum 1 year)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 3 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude
• Customer service focused.
• Well-presented
• Physically fit
