Hand Pickers required for our Cowdenbeath and Ladybank sites on a full or part time basis. As a Hand Picker, you work within the Installation team, who as part of our production process sort the different metals and keep the installation clean and maintained. Duties Include: * Being able to work within a team oriented environment * To have a practical mindset and strong work ethic * To be motivated and willing to learn * To sorting various minerals/raw materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and copper * To clean spills on and around the installation * Able to monitor the production process and in the event of a malfunction or obstruction, inform the team leader * Help clean and maintain the installation as required during day and at end of production * To be flexible, multi skilled, able to work alongside colleagues and share tasks * Able to report malfunctions or unsafe situations to the team leader * Comply with set Health and Safety Regulations This role would suit someone who enjoys an industrial or outdoor environment, has a practical and mechanical mindset and likes being part of a team.
