We are seeking a Polisher to join an automotive supplier in Banbury working to bespoke specifications showcasing world-class standards and finesse.
What the job entails:
You will play a crucial role in the meticulous restoration and presentation of luxurious carbon fibre panels and parts. This opportunity offers competitive pay rates on a long-term contract basis. You will be responsible for the polishing of luxury vehicles working to bespoke and custom specifications - This position is ideal for those with a broad range of skills including evaluation of fresh paintwork, using DAs or hand sand blocks, removing defects, drip marks, even minor dents or scratches to the surface, and the application of lacquers, and finishes.

Working hours:
We understand that every individual s circumstances are different with this in mind, you can take your pick of two shifts which will be fixed for you to allow a better work-life balance to suit your needs!
- Lates: 2pm 10pm (Monday Friday)
- Nights: 10pm 6am (Sunday Thursday)

Who is the ideal person?
- Conduct thorough inspections of carbon fibre panels and painted surfaces, identifying defects such as oxidation, fading, scratches, or swirl marks that require correction.
- Evaluate minor dents, scratches, scuffs, and chips, determining the most suitable repair method, including Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) for damage that does not require repainting.
- Skilfully sand, buff, and polish panels, removing old paint and contaminants while using high-quality compounds and pads tailored to the finish for optimal results.
- Conduct thorough final inspections to ensure each repair meets premium standards, leaving surfaces smooth, and professionally restored.
