Entry-Level Labourer with Full Training

They are willing to take people on who have no experience in the industry, and would be willing to train them so that they can become a Lead Driller. The main works of the company are drilling, excavating and groundworks. Role: Labourer - Drilling Work Location: Ley Hill Salary: £29,000 + Responsibilities: - Assist the drilling team in all aspects of drilling work on construction sites - Operate drilling machinery and equipment safely and efficiently - Support the team in setting up drilling rigs and ensuring their proper functioning - Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials - Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment - Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any faults or issues to the supervisor - Assist with general site duties as required Requirements: - Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately - Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Valid driving license and any relevant certifications or licenses are advantageous Benefits - 28 day holiday (including bank holidays) - Company vehicle and travel expenses covered for business uses only - Birthday off - Salary reviews for each year, going from £30,000+ after year one and then after two years going up to £31,000+. - When working away is automatically attracts the payment for a 12 hour shift minimum pay, even when you work under that time frame We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
