HGV Class 2 Day Driver

FTS Recruitment are on the search for HGV2 Drivers who are looking to join a professional, busy team as a valued member. This is an excellent opportunity to work as a HGV2 DRIVER for a National Delivery company based in Basingstoke. This is a full time position with a great pay of £19.07 per hour and overtime rate of £28.61 over 48 hours per hour.

Job Details:

• Hourly rate : £19.07 for the first 48 hours- overtime £28.61 per hour - Rates inclusive of holiday pay.
• Minimum pay : 9 hours per shift
• Start time : 05:00-07:00 AM
• Shift duration : 10 - 12 hours
• Shift pattern: 4 days in 2 days off , rolling rota which includes weekends
• Minimum of 6 months HGV 2 experience required

Job Description:

• Driving HGV2 vehicles as part of a 2 man crew
• Delivering household goods -bedside tables, sofas etc. Some installations required.
• Training: Induction and company training provided
• Number of drops: up to 30 drops per day

Requirements

• You must have a valid UK driving licence
• You must have a valid CPC and digi card.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months HGV2 experience.
• No more than 6 points on your licence (No TT,DD,CD, IN10, MS50, UT50 or DR1)
