Team Leader Combi Area

We are currently seeking a Team Leader with expertise of working within a food manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in assisting the Packing Hall Assistant Manager in coordinating and leading the Combi area.

Job Title: Team Leader

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 05:00 to 14:00 and 13:30 to 22:00 - rotating shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• ensuring the line is operating correctly and efficiently
• ensuring that GMP standards are met and that all products are produced and packed to the correct quality and food safety standard
• organise and control daily issues within your area, whilst fulfilling production plans to the required technical, quality, specification and food safety standards
• be proactive with breakdowns

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and quality control.
• Customer focused.
• Proactive, practical and methodical.
• Planning and organising skills.
• Interpersonal skills including the ability to evaluate and respond appropriately.
