A very well respected and long standing Fit Out Main Contractor based in the City of London with an annual turnover of circa £50M, who are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join the growing team. Projects consist of high end and fast paced commercial office CAT A & CAT B fit out's ranging from £250,000 to £5M (capability of running up to £10M) Our client prides themselves on staff retention and offering a platform for long term career development. The owners of the business are still very hands on and the culture of the team and business is top notch! As a Design Manager you would be expected to have knowledge and experience in the following areas: * Tendering * Pre Construction * Project Delivery * Quality Assurance * Value Engineering Salary and package: £70,000 to £80,000 plus competitive package, with the opportunity for flexible working.
