Multi Trade Operative

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to complete a 5 month contract around south birmingham for one of the largest housing associations in the west midlands. The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include: Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes Dealing with emergency repairs Routine repairs Responding to prearranged repair appointments Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have: Experience in a core trade of carpentry or plumbing Own van Excellent communication skills and a customer focus Social housing experience What you can expect as a Multi Trade 6 month temporary contract with possibility of Competitive market rates with 45p per mile cover If you are interested in this Multi Trade position, apply online or contact (url removed) or call Shea on (phone number removed)
