Job summaryAs a Commis Chef at Avery Healthcare's Beckenham Park Care Home, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing food and performing basic cooking tasks. Main duties of the jobYour primary responsibilities as a Commis Chef will include supporting all chefs to manage and deliver catering services, participating in meetings with residents and Heads of Departments to discuss and agree on catering functions and address special dietary requirements, and preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, as directed by the Chefs, promptly and in accordance with agreed mealtimes.
