Job Description Clinical Services Manager Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our client's residents. As a valuable member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and fostering a supportive environment for their residents and staff. Qualifications Nursing qualification, with a valid and clear UK NMC registration Proven track record in a leadership role within a care home environment, demonstrating exceptional management and organizational skills In-depth knowledge and understanding of dementia care and proven expertise in implementing best practices in this specialized area Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive and supportive relationships with residents, families, and staff Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on inspiring and guiding a diverse team, fostering a culture of equality, inclusivity, and continuous improvement Proficiency in regulations and standards governing clinical care in residential settings, ensuring full compliance and adherence Benefits: Employee assistance programme Contributory pension scheme Company sick pay Onsite parking Annual leave increasing with service Responsibilities Oversee and meticulously manage the clinical care provided to residents, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and implementation of best practices Provide strong and empathetic leadership, empowering a team of care managers and staff, while promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning Foster effective collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care plans and engaging lifestyle activities for residents Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans, ensuring they effectively address the individual needs of each resident, particularly those with dementia Conduct frequent assessments and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of clinical care and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations Reference: WILL79938/MW INDNUR
