Employer Branding Strategist

NEW ROLE - EMPLOYER BRANDING STRATEGIST - INSIDE IR35 - CAN BE REMOTE - £400-500/DAY I’m looking for a Strategist from Monday 9th September to Monday 16th September. My client will need you to undertake a review and refresh of their current Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand. The aim of the refresh is to build a solid research and insights foundation to develop the creative from. They need a strategist (ideally with employer brand / EVP experience) to support in completing the first stage in the review which is a landscape audit that includes: Audit of previously completed client research to identify areas to ‘re-test’ alongside areas where we believe fresh research is required in the subsequent stage of the project Review the client’s current employee journey / lifecycle and associated materials Conduct a landscape analysis, reviewing current research identifying relevant audience and sector trends affecting the retail employer space Review the client’s current EVP and employer brand and prepare recommendations for further research in line with the above The deliverables will be a presentation of findings including recommendations for further research Reach out for further information on [email protected] xxx
