Your role includes: • Serving as a key member of the Technical Design Authority • Engaging with customers and leading solution design • Providing leadership and mentorship across teams • Ensuring clear communication and delegation within the team • Establishing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders • Leveraging digital tools to achieve objectives • Demonstrating a deep understanding of architectural principles and methodologies • Applying expertise in Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies • Developing practical solutions to diverse challenges • Planning and executing projects with a forward-thinking mindset • Supporting team development and fostering career growth • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity Desired Skills & Experience We are looking for a passionate team player with: • Dynamics 365 Accreditations • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and JSon • Experience in managing complex enterprise CRM projects • Strong customer engagement and management skills • Professional services experience is highly desirable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with proposals and RFP processes
