Healthcare Assistant - BankVarious Hours Available£13.25 Per HourLondon International Patient Services (LIPS) redefine private healthcare with a visionary approach, blending retail excellence and comprehensive world class patient services.We recently launched our pharmacy and clinics in the iconic Battersea Power Station (London)This consultant led healthcare start-up is going to experience significant growth in revenues, headcount, services and facilities over the next few years, with aspirational targets projected to 2031.As Healthcare Assistant you will:Provide support to healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment within the clinic.Incorporating clinic support, patient care and front and back of house services.Effective communication with patients and colleagues, meticulous documentation and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.Promoting an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to detailWorking with key stakeholders such as Consultants and ensuring the calm and effective running of the service on a day to day basis.Qualifications, proficiencies and capabilities:· Certification as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is preferred· Independent sector/ Private Patient experience· Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in an outpatient setting is desirable.· Familiarity with medical terminology and outpatient procedures.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.· Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.· Ability to work well under pressure· Computer skills,· Highly motivated and forward thinking,
