They partner with business to provide this offer to employees. The Role:As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for: Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeysGathering insights from surveys and complaints and delivering true insights Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for businessesOptimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experienceAnalyse Voice of customer and speech analysis Skills/Requirements: - Mentoring experience- Insight and Analytics experience- Matillion desirable Interview Process:2 stage process
