Data Quality Executive (Permanent)

Animo Group has partnered with a pioneering legal technology company transforming the experience of acquiring litigation funding for law firms. They use innovative technology to streamline the process, offering diverse funding options for legal cases of all sizes. Committed to the principles of ISO27001 and ISO9001, we strive to ensure data security and quality service as we champion improved access to justice. This role will initially be a 3-month project, with the view of moving to a permanent role. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including market penetration, expansion into new geographies, and the identification of new revenue streams (such as commercial litigation). Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, such as law firms, litigation funders, and legal tech providers. Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity. Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth progress and ROI. Proven track record in scaling high-growth technology companies, within the legal sector. Prior experience within commercial litigation. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Deep understanding of the legal industry and the challenges faced by law firms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
