Key to the role will be providing advice and guidance to Manager's across a range of topics, including performance, capability and grievances, as well as restructuring, all within a unionised environment. CIPD qualified, or equivalent you will have strong EL experience including working with Unions, restructuring and redundancies within an operational environment.
