Italian Cuisine experienced Sous Chef - 40K/year (Paid hourly £16 on 48 hours contract)Southbank, County Hall, 3B Belvedere Road, London, SE17GPOpen from 12 lunch with last orders 10pm; 7 days/week The opportunty is full time and offers you a 48 hour contract.We are looking for an accomplished Sous level chef with strong experience in Italian cuisine to join an independent Italian restaurant and bar in central London.About Locale Italian:Locale Italian is established, serving authentic Italian cuisine in an upmarket yet casual dining experience, outdoor terrace, private event space and cocktail bar. You would join a brigade of four chefs serving classic Italian Pasta, Seasonal Fish and Meat, Artisan Pizzas and Fresh Salads all made with authentic Italian products. The restaurant has a separate cocktail bar area and an outdoor terrace.Opening Times:Monday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10pmOpportunity: 40K/year on a 48 hour contract You would need to be an experienced chef and have strong Italian cuisine experience.
