To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an immediately available Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our Talent team based in our London Office Key Responsibilities: Identify and screen relevant influencers against brief guidelines and commercial targets, and conduct research to identify potential talent and influencers who align with the client’s target audience and objectives; Support the team with execution of influencer projects and deliverables; Support the team with creation of reports, casting decks, and new business pitches; Handle and oversee administrative tasks related to projects, such as maintaining talent and influencer databases, managing invoicing and payments to talents and influencers; Review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with the brand’s guidelines and manage the approval process; Monitor campaign performance and be comfortable using influencer marketing tools. This includes analysing key metrics and providing regular reports to senior members of the team and clients, highlighting learnings and successes; Establish and maintain relationships with talent and influencers: negotiate fees and agreements; communicate briefs, project expectations and guidelines; and communicate with stakeholders about status and campaign performance; Report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results and provide key future learnings to continually optimise CPM, impressions etc; Maintain a strong interest in fashion, the wider cultural/social landscape and complementary verticals (i.e. music, art etc.), and stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media platforms and industry best practices; Lead on the preparation and send-out of packages for influencer marketing for both paid and organic talent. Ensure items are packed according to specific brand guidelines and coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure items are delivered and recorded by the couriers in a timely manner. Key Attributes: Experience in influencer marketing, ideally across fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients; Creative and analytical with a good knowledge of influencers and the influencer marketing landscape, and how owned, earned and paid media can work together; Experience in all aspects of influencer marketing from casting to measuring success, with experience understanding and interpreting data; Knowledge in creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers and influencers, and monitoring social media trends and conversations related to the brand or industry; Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency i.e. overseeing administrative tasks, including talent contracts; Excellent working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok as well as emerging platforms; Proficiency in Keynote, Powerpoint and InDesign; Experience using influencer marketing monitoring/tracking tools, and proficiency with a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques.
