My client are a leading provider of products and services for industrial markets, they are seeking a self-motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our small, friendly, and professional team. Day-to-day of the role:

• Responsible for the full product lifecycle of machine electrical and control systems, including assembly, testing, and commissioning.
• Carry out both electrical and mechanical work on bespoke production equipment.
• Deliver high-quality projects within budget, cost, and time parameters.
• Adhere to best practice guidelines as laid out in specification documentation, including UKCA, CE, and UL.
• National and International travel for on-site commissioning and servicing of equipment, including fault finding and offering technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Rockwell RS5000 and Siemens S7 PLC programming skills.
• Competence in electrical and mechanical systems (3 phase, motors, inverters, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Customer-facing experience and comfortable in office, workshop, and factory environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of CAD software (E plan / AutoCAD).
• Experience with Equipment UKCA/CE Marking and Risk Assessment.
