Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including content marketing, webinars, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Utilise Hubspot to build and maintain a lead scoring framework, identifying high-quality leads for sales follow-up. Optimise lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value. Create and produce high-quality marketing content addressing prospects' and customers' pain points. Conduct A/B tests and analyse campaign performance to make data-driven improvements. Manage online marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, optimising for maximum reach and conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives. Set campaign KPIs, analyse marketing data, and report on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contributions. What Experience You'll Need to Apply? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including outbound marketing and inbound lead generation. Proven success in driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns. Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Experience managing budgets and balancing competing priorities effectively. What You'll Get in Return for Your Experience?
