Vacancy Hours: 13 hours per week working Thursday and Friday 8.30-3.30 Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time only plus training days Location: Willow Tree Primary School, HarrogateAbout the RoleWillow Tree Primary School is a large school on Wetherby Road in Harrogate and is part of Northern Star Academies Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the school's administrative team, working under the direction of the Senior Administrator, Business Manager and School Senior Leadership Team. The role is extremely varied, and you will be responsible for a range of areas including: • Being the first port of call for parents and children • Submitting data returns to outside agencies • Office administration and maintaining accurate records of students and staffYou will need to be experienced in using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel etc.), finance systems, as well as using in-house database systems. The successful candidate will have an awareness of safeguarding procedures within school and have had experience appropriate to working with children.
